Sue Ann Newhouse
Sue Ann Newhouse, 76, of Nitro passed away peacefully Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017 surrounded by her family.
She retired from Stone & Thomas Department Store after 27 years of service. Sue liked sewing and taking care of her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bacil Junior Newhouse; parents, Meridith Randolph Weaver and Ruby Bell Weaver; brother, James Randolph Weaver and half brother and sister.
Sue is survived by her sons, Shannon Newhouse and Nicole Smith of Charleston, Travis Newhouse and wife, LaRayne of Pinch. grandchildren, Travis "Ty" Newhouse II, Chase Newhouse; sister-in-law, Diane Weaver; niece, Joy Wheeler; nephew, Randy Weaver. Also surviving is several great nieces and great nephews, all of New York.
Service will be 10:30 am Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017 at the Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor H. R. Whittington offiating. Burial will be at Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
