I still can’t believe that Tom isn’t across the street and that I won’t see him working in his yard. I know that Tom is in heaven with his Lord and savior and he is not suffering anymore. Tom was the best neighbor anyone could ask for. I will always remember Tom cleaning the snow off of his steep driveway and wondering how in the world he was able to do that. I would look out and think, oh lord the first snowflake has fallen and Tom’s already out there. He always had a smile on his face but he didn’t fail to tell you a better way to do something. I will think of him every time I walk out my door and look across the street. Spring will be here soon and it will be hard not seeing Tom and Lois working in the yard together. I know I will see Tom again one day and I can rejoice in heaven with him. All my love and prayers go out to Lois during this difficult time.
