Darrell Eugene McClung

Darrell Eugene McClung, 75, of Elkview, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, May 21, 2017.

Darrell was born in Montgomery, and served his country for 32 years in the United States Army and United States Air Force serving in the United States Air National Guard. He was a member of the Blue Creek Advent Christian Church.

Darrell is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Juanita McClung.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda "Rose" McClung, son; Stephen (Cassie) McClung; daughter, Lisa (John) McGinnis; brother, Elbert (Kay) McClung; grandchildren, Alex (Courtney), Lindsey ( Zach), and Jeffrey (Carmen); and great-grandchild, Chloe.

Service will be 11:00 am Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor Luke Adkins. Burial will be in the Donnel C.Kinnard State Veterans Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 6pm to 8pm.
