Joann "Jodi" Tincher, 62, of Charleston passed away March 1, 2017 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg. She was born October 2, 1954 to the late Lehman and Bessie Gandee.

Joann had a heart of gold. God enriched our lives with a very loving and caring lady in Joann. Above all that she was, a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and a true friend to all that knew her. Joann was cherished by her family and will be dearly missed.

She preceded in death by her parents Lehman and Bessie Gandee.

Survived by sons, Chris Hall and fiancé Tiny Smith of Looneyville , and Bobby Hall of Charleston, Brother Richard Allen Gandee of Charleston; sister, Phyllis Fields; grandchildren, Haley Hall, and Gracie Hall.

Service will be 11:00 am Wednesday, March 8, 2017 with Pastor Lee Swor officiating at the Hafer Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Earl and Tammy Hall Farm, Milton.

With the visitation one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flower, family request donations be made to Hafer Funeral Home.
