Arthur Clinton Stover
Arthur "Jake" Clinton Stover, 66, of Charleston, ended his fight Tuesday, February 21, 2017.
Jake was born in Charleston, to the late Seth and Louise Bailey. He was a loving father, and grandfather, whom everyone knew as "Paw Paw Jake". He was an honored Army veteran, whom served in the Vietnam War and was a great outdoorsman that loved hunting and fishing.
Jake is survived by daughters, Ella (Donnie) Noski and Sarah Stover; sons, Jason Stover and Steven Stover ; granddaughters, Brittany, Brianna, and Johie "Scooter"; brothers, John Bailey; sisters, Sue (Gary) Harper and Josephine Olive; and special friends, Mickey (Dawna) Nelson, Dave (Sue) Rastle, Jacob and Tanner Clark, Danny Campbell and Tammy (Jeff) Tittle.
Service will be 11:00 AM Friday, February 24, 2017 at Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with military rites being conducted by American Legion Post 61. Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Entombment will be observed at the Donnel C. Kinnard Memorial State Cemetery, Dunbar, at a future date.
