Floyd L. Daniels
Floyd L. Daniels 74, of Elkview passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016 in Charleston.
Floyd worked for Quality Stamping as a welder, and while growing up, was known for being a good mechanic, avid deer hunter, fisherman, and for singing his country songs. He enjoyed telling jokes and everyone knew him for his smile. Floyd never knew a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his parents Davey Crocket Daniels and Orpha Shafer and also his wife Joyce Witt Daniels; brothers, Mavin Daniels, Dennis Daniels, Charles Daniels, and Lloyd Daniels; and sister, Mary Sabo.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Mildred Marie Nutter; Daughter, Tracy (David) Frank; brother, William Daniels; grandchildren, James and Michael Frank, Cody and Breanna Daniels, Great Great Grandchild, Aura Daniels and Great Grand Dog Jade Jean Daniels
Services will be 1pm Saturday, January 16, 2015 at Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors David Daniels and Billy Cogar officiating. Burial will be in the Daniels Cemetery, Youngsbottom. Visitation will be one hour prior at the funeral home.
