Lovell H. Taylor
Lovell H. Taylor, 91, of Charleston passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 in Cedar Ridge Center, Charleston.
He was a retired police officer for the City of Charleston and a Army veteran of World War II. He also was a member of the Order of Eagles and the Fraternal Order of Police.
Lovell is preceded in death by his parents, Howard Taylor and Lelia Carnes Taylor; siblings, Arnold, Troy, Glenville, Hildree, Hershel and Lovella Taylor.
He is survived by
wife, Helen L. Taylor;
son, Michael (Ann) Taylor;
daughter, Patricia (Eddie) Casto;
sister, Lana Kincer.
grandchildren Nikki Harper who he and Helen raised like a daughter
Andy Taylor and Aimee Taylor Reeves
five great grandchildren

A private funeral service will be held at the Hafer Funeral Home, 50 North Pinch Road, Elkview with Pastor Jerry Young officiating. Burial will be in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney with military graveside rites conducted by American Legion Post 61, Clendenin.
