Beverly Ann Lucas
Beverly Ann Lucas, 85, of Elkview went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Hubbard Hospice House, in Charleston, with her sons and grandchildren by her side.
Beverly attended Elkview Baptist Church, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all that knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Ben F. Hoover, and Marie Hoover.
She is survived by her husband; Paul Lucas, children; Charles P. Lucas, James B. Lucas, and Philip J. Lucas, brothers; Jim Hoover, and Joe Hoover, sisters; Bonnie Walker, and Teia Baker, as well as seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A special thanks to Pastor Charles Bias, Susan Newhouse (her caregiver), friends, family, and neighbors for the food and prayers. And to the staff of Hafer Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
