Natchee W. Proctor—83, died peacefully at home on July 19, 2022 due to end stage cardiac and
arterial disease. He believed in the saving power of Jesus Christ and heard the words of the Psalms as
he went ahead into the next life. He was a skilled tradesman having honed his talents at Capital
Restaurant Equipment Company, C & P Telephone and DuPont. He was an avid outdoors-man and
train enthusiast. When people went fishing with him they always caught a fish.
He is survived by his son, Gregory Proctor, Elk Hills; daughters, Cindy Lilly, Elk Hills and Natalie Proctor, Pinch; brother Fred Proctor, Gilbert, AZ; sisters, Bonnie Adkins, Tempe, AZ and Beverly Baugus, Sherwood, OR.
Grandchildren: Rachel Lilly, Hannah Lilly Farrell and Logan Lilly. His beloved cat, Zoe.

Services will be held at Hafer Funeral Home in Elkview on July 25, 2022 starting 1:00 p.m. An
internment ceremony will follow at Elk Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the
service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Salvation Army. The family would like to
