Obituary for Jeffery Scott Thompson
Jeffery Scott Thompson, 50, of Elkview passed away on May 6, 2022 after a long illness, with family by his side.
Jeff loved his family and if you knew him you had a lifelong friend. He loved traveling and riding his Harley Davidson. He lived life to its fullest.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Paul and Virginia Thompson. His maternal grandparents Darius (Pap) and Maxine (Gran) Hayes. along with several aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his dad; John Thompson of Elkview, his mother; Brenda Martin of Tennessee. His wife Tina (Legg) Thompson of Elkview, brothers; John (Malia) Thompson of Kansas. Shawn (Deanna) Thompson of Elkview, sisters; Tammy (Richard) Hardman of Elkview, Melissa (Chaz) Landers of Tennessee his son; Jeffery (Morgan) Thompson of Tennessee, daughters; Kristie (Jason) Jennings of Arkansas, Kayla Moles and Brandi (Kyle) Monroe all of Elkview, grandchildren; Cheyenne Taylor, Jacob and Jesse Jennings all of Arkansas, Ella, Gracie, Madison, and Leland, all of Elkview along with lifelong friend Steve Nichols of Elkview. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In keeping with his wishes there will be no service. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
