Obituary for Ricky Jennings
Ricky Conn Jennings, 65, of Elkview passed away peacefully, Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at home, with family by his side.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Conward and Lula Jennings and sister, Gloria Walley.
Ricky was a loving father, brother, and grandfather. He was a 1974 graduate of Herbert Hoover High School, and served his country in the U.S. Navy for 5 years.
He is survived by his daughters, Amber Shelton and Jessica Young; son, Joseph Young; sisters, Renay Hayes, Kathy Woody, and Tammie Young; brothers, Graham Walley Jr. and Danny Jennings; grandchildren, Lucky, Ethan, Jacob, Brogan, Johnny, and Emma; and many nieces, nephews, and family.
A memorial service will be at 6:00pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Hafer Funeral Home, with speaker John Parsons.
The visitation will be one hour prior to the memorial service at the funeral home.
