Mark Allen McKinney
Mark Allen McKinney, 52, of Walton, passed away, Saturday, August 29, 2020 due to a sudden illness.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dallas McKinney and Dreama Carpenter.
Mark went to Walton High School and worked for Asplundh Tree Expert Co. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, climbing trees, and riding motorcycles. He was a good brother and friend to all that knew him, and he will be sadly missed.
He is survived by his brothers, Richard McKinney of Walton, and Namand McKinney of Boone, WV; sisters, Sandra King of PA., Angie Lambert of Walton, and Tanya Knicely of Spencer; children, Mark McKinney Jr. of Dry Creek; daughters, Stephanie McKinney of Pine Branch, and Shayla Hanshaw of Spencer; grandchildren, Brenten, Zoey, Noah, Dallas, and Dawson; 10 nephews; 7 nieces; and 23 great nieces & nephews.
A service will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Hafer Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the McKinney Family Cemetery, Roane Co.
Visitation will be from 1pm - 2pm at the funeral home.
