Obituary for Vernon Eugene Anderson
Vernon Eugene Anderson, 34, of Elkview passed away Sunday, August 4th at his home with his loving wife by his side.
Vernon loved spending time with his family and friends. He greatly enjoyed the beach, fishing, and riding four wheelers. His passion was to care for the elderly and gave a helping hand when needed.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Orville and Mary (Reed) Anderson. His grandmother Phyllis Anderson.
Vernon is survived by his loving wife of nine years, Amy Anderson; father and mother-in-law Tim and Kathy Henderson; sister and brother-in- law Michelle and Billy Gillispie; nephews Blake and Dylan Gillispie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation will be held from 1:00pm-2:00pm Friday, August 9th at Hafer Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 2:00pm on Friday, August 9th at Hafer Funeral Home, with Pastor Dean Chambers officiating.
