Obituary for Tharon Marie Harper (Armstead)
Tharon Marie Harper, 66, of Elkview passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic, in OH.
She was born in Clio, WV to her late parents, Lloyd and Elva Armstead. Tharon is also preceded in death by her brothers; Leo Armstead, Otis Armstead, and Michael Armstead, and sister; Wanda Armstead.
Tharon was a loving, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Harper; daughters, Tracy (Donald) Seabolt of Chloe, WV; sons, Wesley (Sara) Anderson , and Billy Dewaine (Poppy) Anderson of Clendenin; sisters, Madge Jett of OH., Barbara Smith of Clendenin, and Jeannie Miller of Ripley, brother; Stevie Armstead of N.C., twenty grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
The service will be 2:00 PM, Saturday January 26, 2019 at Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Williams officiating. Burial will follow at the Clio Armstead Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
