Obituary for Stephen Douglas Brown
Stephen Douglas Brown, 55, of Clendenin, WV, passed away January 16, 2019 unexpectedly at CAMC with the love of his life by his side.
Steve was born on April 20, 1963, in Huntington, WV, to the late Billy J. and Edra Nora Stanley Brown. Steve was the youngest of four boys growing up in Chesapeake, and he was a 1981 East Bank graduate. Steve enlisted in the United States Army, and he had several jobs, but Electric work was his passion.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Brown.
He is survived by his favorite person, his beloved Mother, Nora Brown; the Love of His Life, Nancy Matheny; Daughters, Ashley Brown and Alisha Ramey; Brothers, Robert Clay "Bob" Brown & Terri, Michael L Brown & Diana, Daniel L Brown & Pam; one Special Uncle, Don Stanley; and many Aunts, Nieces and Nephews and Cousins that loved him very much.
Service will be Saturday, January 19, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at Hafer Funeral Home. Friends and family will be speaking at the service.
Visitation will be one hour prior. Burial will be at Odd Fellow Cemetery in Harrisville, WV.
