Betty Louise Fields Lovejoy
Betty Louise Lovejoy, 81, of Charleston passed away, Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at CAMC, Teays Valley.
She was born in Charleston to the late Wilber and Marie Fields. She was also preceded in death by her grandchild, Markie Hanshaw.
Betty was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She worked for Erie Ins. as an agent for 27 years. Betty ran her own ceramic business out of her home, and taught ceramics at North Charleston Rec. Center.
She is survived by her caring husband of 66 years, Harold Lovejoy; sons, Stephen Lovejoy and wife Linda, Allen Lovejoy and wife Vickie, Mark Lovejoy and wife Diane; daughters, Linda Ball and husband Tony, and Kimberly Johnson; sisters, Cory Hughes, and Becky Stone; eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and her life-long friend Libby Johnson.
A service will be 1:00 pm, Monday, January 7, 2019 at Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview. Burial will follow at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glassgow.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
