Caroline Richard Rossman
Caroline Richard Rossman, 72, of Charleston, went to her heavenly home, Wednesday, December 26, 2018 after a life-long battle with multiple sclerosis.
She is preceded in death by her father, Samuel Richard and her mother, Betty Fields.
Caroline was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and devoted Christian. She was a graduate of South Charleston High School, and was a 1972 graduate of Morris Harvey College. She worked hard for their family business at Appalachian Control Company and was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church. She will be missed by all that knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, David Rossman; son, Richard (Laura) Rossman; daughter, Carrie Beth (Joseph R.) White; brother, Samuel J. (Debbie) Richard; grandchildren; Skyler Rossman, Autumn White, and Raelynn Rossman; nephew, Justin Richard; niece Heather Richard; and long time best friend Jo Beth Nichols.
In lieu of flowers, family asks for donation to be given to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, 6520 N. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale, FL., or to the St. Timothy Lutheran Church, of Charleston.
In honor of Caroline, the family will be holding a memorial service at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, of Charleston, at a future date in January.
