Connie Spencer-Ramsey, 58, of Elkview, West Virginia, passed away at CAMC General on August 29th 2018, after a short illness, she was surrounded by her family.

In her free time she enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, and hanging out with her Bostin Terrier Sarge. Connie was also a very loyal West Virginia Mountaineers Football fan.

Connie was the Daughter of Romie Spencer and preceded in death by her Mother Betty Milam-Spencer.

Connie was a very loyal mother and wife to her Husband Rick Ramsey and children; Matthew Ramsey and preceded in death by her daughter Casey Ramsey.

Preceded in death by; Larry Spencer (Brother), Janet Spencer (Sister).

Survived by; James Monk (Brother), Rick and Robbie Spencer (Brother), Stevie Spencer (Brother), Sherry and Roger Crowder (Sister), Wanda and James Spencer (Sister), Lisa and Scott Hermansdorfer (Sister), Nieces and Nephews; Cordilia, JR, Cody, Jason, Samantha, Larry Jr., Ray, Michael, Amanda, Dustin, Megan, Tiffany, Steven, Tyler, Devon, Peyton, and Sunshine.

There will be no service, Connies wishes were to be cremated.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be Hafer Funeral Home to cover remainder of cost.
