Obituary for Wilber David Kelley

Wilber David Kelley, 65 of Elkview passed away on August 14, 2018 at CAMC General Hospital after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Bernardine Daetwyler Kelley, and brother John Russell Kelley of Helvetia.

Wilber is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Alice Kelley, son Phillip Jones of Elkview, James K Sigmon Jr. and wife Teresa of Elkview, daughter Cynthia Berry and husband Bart, of Gandeeville, grandchildren Susie Snyder and husband Matthew, Heather Berry, and Courtney Berry, James K. Sigmon, Jr. His great grandchildren Alexis Snyder, Lindsay Snyder. Heathers Children, Mckenzie, Thaddeus, and Henry.Courtneys daughter, Adalaide. Wilber's sisters are Rachael Lea Sandy and husband Mike of Glenville, Anna Mary Tracy and husband Mark of Mt. Lookout, Betty Sue Hofer and husband Tony of Helvetia, Beth Ann Tiffner and Husband Dave of Stockbridge GA, brothers Garland Kelley and Wife Flora of Helvetia, Leonard Kelley and wife, Patty of South Charleston, Lloyd Allen Kelley and wife Jean of Englewood, CO Robert Kelley and wife Penney of Helvetia Jerry Kelley and wife Dawn of Helvetia, 42 Nieces and nephews, best friends James K Sigmon Sr. and wife Silvia, and Butch Moore.

Memorial service will be held 1:00PM Saturday August 25, 2018 at Myers Chapel of Hafer Funeral Home, 100 Verna Drive with Pastor Lee Swor officiating.

Wilber was a organ donor and the family would like to give a special thanks to Pinch Fire Department, the paramedics and all of the doctors and nurses.
