Condolence: Dear family of Mr. Homer Dale Clark, I am very sorry for your loss as well as the loss of my good friend and former boss when I worked as a water operator in Charleston in the late '80's. Mr. Clark was a wonderful boss and a highly accomplished water operator who received award for Best in the State. I loved his sense of humor and marveled at his memory. Mrs. Thelneta was also a wonderful partner and she was always friendly and stylish. Rest in Peace, Mr. Homer Dale, and you were handsome, kind, smart and always quick to make someone laugh. You will be missed by many.

Condolence: A good man, now made perfect by the blood of the Lamb of God ( Hebrews 12:23,24 ) has gone home to be with Lord. “...I am continually with YOU: YOU hold my right hand.
