Homer Dale Clark, 89, of Elkview a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather passed away May 30, 2018 at his residence. He was a very hard worker all his life. He worked at Walton Public Service District and was previously employed at WV American Water Company where he worked for 43 years. Homer was a long-time member of Elkview Church of Christ and he greatly loved his church.
Homer is preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years Thelneda and his parents Elza and Mary Clark.
He is survived by his sons Mike and Jeff (Connie) Clark; daughters Deborah Scudero and Sherri (Tim) Ruiz; grandchildren Lorrie (Rob) Emig, David Scudero, Matthew (Kelly) Ruiz, Nathan (Krystel) Ruiz, Rosita Ruiz, Leif (Kylee) Clark, Chelsea Clark and Amanda (Teddy) Paxton, and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 12:00pm Saturday, June 2nd at Elkview Church of Christ with Minister Tim Ruiz officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Clark Family Cemetery, Long Ridge. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
