Rosetta Alice Davis
Rosetta Alice Davis, 76, of Sissonville, formally of Ivydale, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, September 10, 2017 with her family by her side.
Alice was a devoted daughter, caring wife, and a very loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, where she faithfully served the Lord.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Pearl Walker, and her brother, Carrol Walker.
Surviving is her loving husband, Austin "Ferrell" Davis; son, Kenneth (Loretta) Davis of Bomont; daughter, Debra (Robert) Ramsey of Canal Fulton, OH.; brother, Marlin "Bill" (Joyce) Walker of Waxhaw, NC.; sister, Christine (Arthur) Larch of Streetsboro, OH.; grandchildren, Kenny Davis of Cross Lanes and Brandon (Taylor) Davis of Teays Valley; great grandchild, Jake Austin Davis.
Service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017 at Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Swor officiating. Entombment will follow at Elk Hill Memorial Mausoleum.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
