Obituary for Margery R. Anderson (Rose)
Margery Anderson, 100, of Elkview passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
Born in Braxton County, she was the daughter of the late J.M. and Minnie Greathouse Rose.
She spent her life in education teaching in Braxton, Wetzel and Kanawha County schools retiring after 35 1/2 years.
She was a member of the Elkview Church of Christ.
Proceeded in death by husband of 71 years, J.W. Anderson; brothers; Earle, Hugh, Charley; sisters; Leah, Ruth, Ethel, and Mary.
She is survived by daughter, Janice Mester; sister, Sue Rose; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00am Monday, January 14th at Hafer Funeral Home in Elkview with Minister Rod Stockdale.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Hafer Funeral Home.
