Harry L. "Chuck" Belcher, Jr.

Harry L. "Chuck" Belcher, Jr. 67, of Elkview passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

He was retired operator from Dupont and served his country in the US Navy. Chuck was a avid WVU fan, enjoyed going hunting, golfing, fishing and camping with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry L. Belcher, Sr. and Margaret Thompson Belcher; sister, Cheryl Walker.

Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Regina Belcher; son, Josh Belcher (Susan); sister, Alice Foster, six grandchildren.

A private service will be held for Chuck.
