Benjamin Robert Holcomb, 90 passed away in the Lord's loving arms on December 28, 2017.

Robert was born December 11, 1927 in Charleston W.V.

After graduating from Elkview High School he joined the United States Marine Corp during World War II serving on Guam and Iwo Jima.

He had a passion for life, love of God, Country and his family.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, flying radio controlled airplanes and loved his WV Mountaineers, NASCAR, and his country music.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Geneva; his two daughters Debbie Mason and Wanda Gaydos; his two sons Dale and Jan Holcomb; eight grandchildren Jessica, Robert, Samantha, Kristopher, Benjamin, Beverly, Geneva and Maria; and numerous great grand children.

Funeral service will be 1:00PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Hafer Funeral Home with Rev. Franklin Howerton officiating. Burial will follow in the Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney.
Visitation will be held at Monday, January 1, 2018 6-8PM at Hafer Funeral Home.
