Elmer Boyd "Buster" Hamilton

"Buster" Hamilton, 64, of Comfort, and formally of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 22, 2017, with his family by his side.

Buster was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Katherine Hamilton and his birth parents "Fly" and Dorothy Hamilton.

Buster loved the Lord and enjoyed spending his time with family. He was loved by many and all that knew him, loved him like a father.

Left to cherish his memory, are his loving wife of 35 years, Evelyn Hamilton; son, Mark and granddaughter Lilly Hamilton; Brothers, Roy Lee Hamilton and Rhett Baker; stepdaughters, Debbie Gray, Tina Sargent, and Lisa Picozzi; 8 grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters, including Justin and Izzy Barker, whom Buster helped lovingly raise.

Funeral service will be 12:00 pm Wednesday October 25, 2017 at the Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview with Pastor Anthony Pratt officiating. Burial will follow at the Elk Hills Memorial Mausoleum, Big Chimney.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
