Everett Warren Cobb

Everett Cobb, 72 of Charleston, passed away September 24, 2017 at Hubbard Hospice House.

Everett was a caring husband, father, and grandfather. He was avid horseman and had a passion for showing horses. Everett was proud to serve his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, in which he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and the Bronze Star Medal.

Everett is preceded in death by his parents, Romie and Gracie Cobb and sister, Freda Skeens.

Surviving is his loving wife of 19 years, Debbie Cobb, loving daughter Sherry (Kenneth Hudson) Reed and loving grandson, Dayton Reed III; daughter,Tammy Asbury and granddaughter, Amber Lacaria; daughter Ronda Jones; brothers, Theodore Cobb and James Cobb; sisters, Linda Slater, Mary Lou Lane, Merly Blankenship and Arreta Kiser.

In honor of Everett's request, family will have a memorial service at a future date.
