Francelene Starcher

Francelene Starcher, 90, of Charleston, peacefully passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017.
Francelene was of the Baptist faith and she was also known to be a very passionate dog lover.
Francelene was preceded in death by parents Oscar and Orma Bird, her loving husband of 18 years, Glenn Starcher, 2 brothers and a sister.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Connie Alexander; brother, James Bird; sisters, Imogene Welch and Betty Halstead; grandsons, Michael Taylor, Patrick Taylor, and Eric Mitchell; twelve great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.

Francelene's family will be holding a private memorial service at another date.
