Shirley Anne Botkin, 76, of Charleston, passed away January 28, 2017 at CAMC Memorial Hospital.

She was born January 12, 1941 in St. Albans, WV to the late Burley and Daisy Osborne. Shirley worked as a LPN at CAMC Hospital for 17 years and continuously showed her love of helping others. She also enjoyed sewing, crafts, flowers and watching Pastor John Hagee. She loved her family more than anything in this world.

In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years Frank Botkin; brother Cleveland Osborne; sisters Loretta, June, Madeline and Charlotte.

She is survived by her son, Jeff Botkin and daughters, Robin Pauley and Anita Evans; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held 10AM to 11AM Tuesday, January 31 at Hafer Funeral Home. Immediately following the visitation the procession will leave from the funeral home to the graveside service in Jones Cemetery in Cicerone, WV with Pastor Johnathan Lipscomb officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
