Paul "Cool Ray" Young, 59, of Elkview passed away Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016 at his residence.

He was self employed laborer and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. One of Paul passions was racing cars and helping others. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Edward Young and Ruby Lillian Jones Young.

Paul is survived by his sister and brother-in-law of Morgantown, and several other loving families members and friends who were like family to him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, with the burial being in the family cemetery.
