Weldon James Nichols
Weldon James Nichols 90, of Elkview passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015, at CAMC Memorial Hospital.
He was a Glass Cutter at LOF for 34 l/2 years. He served his country in the Navy , in World War II on the USS King stationed in the Pacific Theater. Weldon also enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
He was born July 8, 1925 to the late Irvin E. Nichols and Katherine Warner Nichols. He also was preceded in death by his wife Mary Evelyn Nichols.
He is survived by sons James (Darlene) Nichols of Aarons Fork and Steve Nichols of Blue Creek.
Service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Arbogast officiating. Burial will follow in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney, WV.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
